You are not alone\, and help is here! Sleep problems are common. For those with Down syndrome\, sleep can be even more difficult and consequences can affect parents and other areas of everyday life. During this 60-minute talk\, psychology researchers from Drexel University share their expertise on sleep in Down syndrome. Specifically\, they will review sleep challenges specific to the Down syndrome community\, their relations to everyday functioning\, and practical strategies that anyone can use to address these concerns.
