SUMMARY:321 GO Fit: Cook Smart\, Move Strong
DESCRIPTION:The 321 GO Fit Program is a wellness initiative that encourages participants to build healthier lifestyles through balanced nutrition\, regular physical activity\, and positive daily habits. When combined with a cooking and kitchen skills class\, the program becomes even more impactful by helping individuals turn nutrition guidance into practical action. Participants learn how to prepare simple\, nutritious meals that align with the program’s recommendations\, such as incorporating more whole foods\, lean proteins\, fruits\, and vegetables into their diets. By developing hands-on cooking skills\, meal planning strategies\, and confidence in the kitchen\, individuals are better equipped to sustain healthy choices and support their overall fitness goals. \nThis program is for ages 12 and up \nThere will be a dinner break from 6:15-6:30. Participants can bring their own food or arrange to have something ordered.
