DESCRIPTION:This 6-week boxing experience is open to the special needs community between the ages of 10-18. \nFlow and Footwork was a six-week boxing experience designed to empower members of the special needs community through movement\, rhythm\, and confidence-building. The program focused on simple boxing techniques\, balance\, and coordinated footwork in a supportive\, inclusive environment where participants could learn at their own pace. Beyond physical skills\, the sessions encouraged self-expression\, focus\, and teamwork\, helping participants build confidence\, improve motor skills\, and enjoy the positive energy of boxing in a fun and safe way. \nThis program will run from 2/1 -3/8 from 4:15-5:15 pm – space is limited
