Beyond physical skills\, the sessions encouraged self-expression\, focus\, and teamwork\, helping participants build confidence\, improve motor skills\, and enjoy the positive energy of boxing in a fun and safe way. \nThis program will run from 2/1 -3/8 from 4:15-5:15 pm – space is limited
