Join us for a 4- week interactive cooking series. Beginning Saturday, March 5th, 12th, 26th and April 2nd from 10-11:00a.m.
Must be 13 or older to participate. Please let us know any food allergies or concerns.
Week one will feature identifying the food groups, learning how they help our bodies, as well as portion control along with measuring
Week two will feature Kitchen Safety, knife skills, practice using a cutting board and proper handwashing techniques using glo germ.
Week three will feature making fun food! Participants will create a dish that is both sweet and savory. Menu planning for final class.
Week four will be preparing and serving the meal they planned at the prior class to their parents or guests as well as simple table setting.
