Social skills activities to learn how to play new games and follow step by step directions while socializing with peers.
This class will start at 2 year olds and focus on core and full body gross motor strength by providing fun agility obstacle courses, basic foundations of different sports weekly, and beginner gymnastics skills such as walking straight on balance beam, swinging on bars, and intro to basic floor tricks
Fun full Body Cardio workout including stretching, conditioning, and agility.
Full Body movement class done with exercise ball, scarves, and music!
Come hang out with Ms. Shakira from 6-650pm to learn gymnastics skills such as hand eye coordination and core strength for handstands, rolls, cartwheels, and so much more! We have gymnastics equipment and certified gymnastics coaches to assist with these classes.
Different arts and crafts weekly to work on social skills, following step by step directions, and fine motor skills. Don't miss out on all of the fun activities we have planned for this fall season!
Join us for a fun night of friends, food, and fun! Pot luck dinner will be held together, then will be split by age for remaining activities. $15 per person- jobskills members may use their club dreams cash. Click qr code on flyer to sign up for what you plan to bring for food!
TOPSoccer provides people with diverse abilities an opportunity to play soccer in a structured environment that is safe, fun, supportive, and inclusive.
