Club DREAMS is excited to bring 321 Go to our center! The 321go! program is a comprehensive initiative by the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) aimed at improving the quality of life for individuals with Down syndrome. It focuses on three daily goals and twenty-one challenges that promote healthy lifestyle choices in physical activity, balanced nutrition, and emotional wellness. The program is designed to help individuals with Down syndrome make healthier choices and manage conditions like obesity, diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, and mental health issues. It also aims to enhance physical and mental health, support focus, boost work and school performance, strengthen social and emotional skills, and improve overall quality of life. Tuesdays from 6:45-8p.m. Ages 10 & Up
